I commission your studio to create the images on this invoice. Since each order is custom made, no refunds will be given on orders placed. No changes are allowed after invoice is approved. I give the studio permission to use the images for display, ads or any purpose deemed proper. I understand that the images will be displayed for one month only and if the event should expire, there will be an upload fee of $50.00.
